About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate
Level 2 or 3 Early Childhood Educator
to join our Calgary Centre team. This is a full-time opportunity for an educator who is passionate about child development, committed to high-quality care, and excited to contribute to a supportive and collaborative workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, and deliver developmentally appropriate activities and experiences.
  • Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of children in care.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging learning environment utilizing established procedures.
  • Observe and document children's progress to support individualized learning.
  • Adhere to licensing regulations, health, and safety standards.
  • Effectively manage emergency situations as per policies & procedures
  • Engage in center, facility and association events, happenings, and initiatives
  • Lead, guide, and mentor the Level 1 Educators and help them come up the learning curve

Requirements

  • Alberta Early Childhood Educator
    Level 2 or 3 Certification
    (or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of Flight Framework, Emergent Curriculum, Reggio Emilia, Waldorf, and Montessori training methods
  • Previous experience working in a licensed childcare or early learning setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with children.
  • Valid First Aid/CPR certification.
  • Clear Police Vulnerable Sector Check
