Massage Therapist

Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and professional Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic massage services to clients, promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. This role requires strong communication skills and a dedication to customer service, ensuring each client receives personalized care in a comfortable environment.

Duties

• Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or other modalities.
• Assess clients' physical conditions and discuss their health concerns to determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client progress.
• Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend follow-up treatments or referrals if necessary.
• Ensure excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client questions or concerns professionally.
• Stay current with industry best practices and continuing education requirements.

Experience

• Knowledge of medical terminology is advantageous for understanding client health histories and treatment documentation.
• Strong customer service skills to build rapport with clients and ensure a positive experience.
• Excellent communication skills for effectively discussing treatment plans and addressing client needs.

Pay: Up to $90.91 per hour
