Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items according to order tickets.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipping.
- Receive and process incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory organization.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to meet daily targets.
Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks involving frequent bending, stooping, and lifting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to follow all safety regulations, including wearing required PPE.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus.
- Understanding of basic logistics and inventory management.
