We are hiring a dedicated Warehouse Associate for our facility in Nashville, Tennessee. This role is fundamental to our daily operations, involving the handling, storage, and movement of goods within the warehouse. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of inventory, supporting the entire logistics chain. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a high level of productivity and safety . Your tasks will include receiving incoming shipments, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for dispatch. We value team players who can work independently and follow established procedures. This position requires the ability to perform repetitive tasks and handle Lifting of various weights. Adherence to all company policies, particularly those related to workplace safety and the correct use of PPE , is paramount. You will work collaboratively with a team to achieve operational targets and contribute to a smooth-running warehouse. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and log incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and organize warehouse inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Conduct regular inventory checks.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Utilize appropriate PPE for all tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability for Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse logistics and inventory control.
- Commitment to upholding all safety standards and wearing required PPE .
