Join our thriving e-commerce fulfillment center in Seattle, Washington, as a Fulfillment Associate. This vital role supports the entire order fulfillment process, from receiving goods to shipping out completed orders. We are seeking energetic individuals committed to accuracy, efficiency, and maintaining high standards of safety within our logistics operations. As a Fulfillment Associate, you'll contribute to ensuring our customers receive their orders promptly and in perfect condition, making you an essential link in our supply chain.
Responsibilities:
- Process incoming inventory accurately, including receiving, checking, and stocking.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision, ensuring all items are accounted for.
- Prepare shipments by applying labels, verifying addresses, and coordinating with shipping carriers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed, following all safety guidelines and wearing appropriate PPE.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Contribute to team goals and assist colleagues as needed to meet daily operational targets.
- Perform quality checks on all outbound shipments to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center environment is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting and meet performance metrics.
- Capable of performing regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
- Must possess a strong sense of responsibility and a proactive attitude towards safety.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
