As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of forklifts to safely and accurately transport, stack, and retrieve materials. Your duties will include loading and unloading trailers, moving products between different areas of the facility, and assisting with general warehouse tasks. We are looking for certified, experienced, and safety-oriented individuals who possess a keen understanding of warehouse operations and logistics. - Safely operate forklifts to move, stack, and retrieve inventory.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and accurately.
- Transport materials to designated areas within the warehouse.
- Perform pre-operational checks on forklifts and report any maintenance needs.
- Assist with put-away of incoming goods and replenishment of picking locations.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
Forklift certification is required. Minimum of 1 year of forklift operating experience in a warehouse or logistics setting. Ability to perform heavy lifting up to 75 lbs. Strong knowledge of warehouse safety best practices. Good spatial awareness and hand-eye coordination. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Must be reliable and have a strong work ethic. Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE is essential.
