Responsibilities:
- Sort, move, and stage inventory within the distribution center.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Receive and unload incoming merchandise, checking for damage and discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse machinery (e.g., pallet jacks) in a safe and compliant manner.
- Conduct physical inventory counts and assist in reconciliation.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Ensure proper use of all safety equipment and PPE.
- Support shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely processing.
- Contribute to overall logistics efficiency and accuracy.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proven ability to handle physical tasks, including frequent lifting and standing.
- Experience in a distribution or warehouse setting is preferred.
- Understanding of basic logistics and inventory control.
- Commitment to maintaining a high level of safety and using required PPE.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively.
- Good teamwork and communication abilities.
- Flexibility to work various shifts if needed.
