We are looking for a dedicated Distribution Center Associate to join our team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This versatile role is fundamental to the smooth operation of our warehouse **Logistics**. You will be involved in various warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. The ideal candidate is a team player, adaptable, and has a strong commitment to **Safety**. Responsibilities may include unloading incoming shipments, verifying packing slips, stocking shelves, fulfilling orders, preparing shipments, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This role requires the ability to perform manual labor, including **Lifting** up to 75 lbs, and the stamina to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods. A keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues are highly valued. Strict adherence to all company **Safety** protocols and the consistent use of required **PPE** (e.g., hard hats, safety glasses, work boots) are mandatory for this position. Your contribution will be vital to ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the receiving and stocking of incoming goods.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (training provided).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Adhere strictly to all **Safety** regulations and **PPE** usage.
- Participate in inventory management tasks such as cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Identify and report any maintenance or **Safety** concerns.
- Support other warehouse functions as business needs dictate.
