We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team in Portland, Oregon. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for incoming goods and the final quality check for outgoing shipments. Your responsibilities will include managing the flow of inventory, documenting shipments accurately, and ensuring that all items are handled with care. Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately receive, inspect, and log all incoming shipments.
  • Verify packing slips against received goods, reporting discrepancies.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and documentation.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular cycle counts.
  • Coordinate with shipping carriers for pickups and deliveries.
  • Ensure the shipping and receiving areas are clean, organized, and safe.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies, including the correct use of PPE.
  • Support overall logistics and warehouse efficiency.
  • Ability to perform manual lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments and external partners.
