You will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, moving inventory within the facility, and ensuring proper storage of materials. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials and products.
- Load and unload shipments from trucks and containers.
- Transport inventory to and from designated storage areas.
- Conduct daily inspections and basic maintenance of forklift equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management and record-keeping as needed.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and protocols, including the proper use of PPE.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding inventory and operational status.
- Ability to perform manual lifting of up to 50 lbs when required.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of logistics principles and warehouse operations.
