We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Distribution Center Associate to join our dynamic team in Dallas, Texas. In this vital role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep our warehouse operations running smoothly and efficiently. Your contributions are essential to our logistics network, ensuring that products reach our customers on time and in excellent condition. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments accurately.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment according to established procedures.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all housekeeping standards.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or discrepancies.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on Safety protocols.
- Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE ) at all times.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including Lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following all Safety guidelines.
