We have an exciting opening for a Fulfillment Associate at our Colorado Springs, Colorado facility. In this dynamic role, you will be directly involved in the end-to-end process of fulfilling customer orders. Your responsibilities will span from accurately picking items from inventory to expertly packing and preparing them for shipment. Success hinges on your precision, speed, and dedication to Safety. As part of our logistics team, you will contribute to ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, maintaining high customer satisfaction. This position requires the ability to perform physical tasks, including consistent Lifting, and a sharp attention to detail. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick specified items from warehouse shelves according to order tickets.
- Verify product details and quantities before packing.
- Pack orders securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for carrier pickup.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanning devices.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist with stock management.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety regulations and guidelines.
- Mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Support various logistics functions to ensure efficient order processing.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a fulfillment center, warehouse, or similar role is preferred.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and regular Lifting of up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
