Responsibilities:
- Generate and apply shipping labels to packages.
- Verify order details against packed items for accuracy.
- Schedule and coordinate pick-ups with various shipping carriers.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all outgoing shipments.
- Ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding shipping status.
- Uphold compliance with all shipping regulations and company policies.
- Follow all Safety guidelines and utilize appropriate PPE.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a shipping or administrative role is beneficial.
- Proficiency with computer systems, including shipping software.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced Logistics environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and operational excellence.
- Ability to perform light Lifting as needed.
