Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual? We are looking for an Inventory Clerk to manage and track our inventory levels accurately at our San Diego, California facility. This role is vital for ensuring product availability and minimizing stock discrepancies. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory records, conducting cycle counts, and reconciling stock. Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our inventory management system.
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming inventory accurately.
- Track the movement of goods within the warehouse.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory to prevent damage or loss.
- Generate inventory reports as required.
- Adhere to all warehouse Safety regulations and guidelines.
- Properly use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with shipping and receiving processes as needed.
- Understand and apply principles of efficient logistics within the warehouse.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in inventory control, warehousing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including Lifting up to 30 pounds occasionally.
- Knowledge of warehouse Safety practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
