Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock and organize merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety procedures.
- Conduct inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
- Ensure proper use of PPE at all times.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, contributing to overall operational efficiency.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to Safety and warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Familiarity with basic Logistics processes.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and following instructions.
