*Caseload:* K–12
*Hours:* 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday
*Pay Rate:* $60–65 per hour (through TactStaff)
*Position Description*
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join a center-based educational program near Monroe, MI. This role supports students with complex cognitive and behavioral needs in a structured, supportive setting. The ideal candidate is flexible, collaborative, and passionate about helping students develop functional communication skills.
*Qualifications*
* Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
* Active Michigan SLP License
* ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; CFY candidates welcome
* Experience with special education, behavioral needs, or center-based programs preferred
*Responsibilities*
* Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
* Support functional communication and social language skills
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and school staff
* Maintain compliant documentation and progress reports
