Description Aston Martin F1 is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to deliver exceptional 1st and 2nd line IT support across our high-performance environment. You’ll be a key player in ensuring seamless technology operations for critical departments including Operations, Engineering, HR, Manufacturing, Finance, and the Race Team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide responsive and effective IT support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to keep our team running at full speed
Maintain and document incidents using ITSM tools (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow, IFS Assyst)
Support planned maintenance and proactively resolve recurring issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable IT services
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Strong knowledge of Microsoft OS and Office Suite
Hands on experience with IT hardware configuration and remote support tools
Familiarity with ITSM platforms and service delivery best practices
Excellent communication and problem solving skills
Ability to work independently and meet SLAs
ITIL understanding or certification (preferred)
