At Harmony At Home Senior Care, we provide one-on-one, in-home care for seniors across the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. As a part-time caregiver, you'll have the flexibility to work the days and hours that fit your life, all while building meaningful connections and making a difference with every visit.

As a caregiver, you'll support individuals in their homes with everyday tasks, routines, and companionship. Your impact is personal and powerful — you're not just providing care; you're bringing comfort and peace of mind.

• Assist with grooming, dressing, toileting, and bathing as needed
• Help clients move safely throughout the home (mobility support, transfers)
• Encourage independence while offering consistent safety

• Perform light housekeeping: laundry, dishes, tidying, sweeping
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and well-organized
• Help create a comfortable home environment for the client

• Prepare simple meals or snacks according to client needs
• Encourage hydration and healthy eating habits
• Assist with feeding when necessary

• Provide medication reminders
• Help follow daily schedules or care plans
• Be a watchful eye for signs of illness or discomfort

• Talk, listen, play games, or go for short walks (if client is able)
• Be a reliable presence to reduce loneliness and build trust
• Help clients feel respected and supported

• Flexible scheduling: Choose your preferred shift blocks — mornings, afternoons, evenings, or weekends
• Client matching: We do our best to assign clients near your home and suited to your availability
• Ideal for second jobs or part-time income

• Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
