Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. Duties

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that align with educational standards.
• Create lesson plans that foster student engagement and promote learning in subjects such as literacy, math, and physical education.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a safe and conducive learning environment.
• Provide individualized support to students with special needs through early intervention strategies.
• Conduct assessments and standardized testing to evaluate student progress.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other educators to support child welfare and development.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate progress with stakeholders.
• Utilize effective communication skills to foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working with children in various settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools.
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques.
• Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management strategies.
• Experience in tutoring or teaching physical education is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff.
• Understanding of Montessori methods or similar educational philosophies is advantageous.
