Trial Paralegal

Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a law firm Los Angeles The firm is seeking a Trial Paralegal with 4+ years of experience. The Trial Paralegal position is great for someone who is detail oriented, and has experience preparing for trial and discovery proceedings. Trial Paralegal Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting and serving Notice of Settlements
• Communicate with clients, external counsel, and internal team members in a professional, clear, and efficient manner
• Assist attorneys with proofreading and finalizing pleadings, motions, and related court documents in compliance with federal, state, and local rules
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), TOC/TOA creation, Compare Docs, and Track Changes
• Experience using Adobe Acrobat, iManage, SharePoint, ShareFile, Relativity, Logikcull, PACER, CM/ECF
