Position: Medtech night shift including every other weekend

Job Description:
As a Medtech, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with meal preparation and feeding
• Helping residents with mobility and transferring as needed
• Monitoring and documenting changes in residents' health and behavior

• Collaborating with other team members to ensure residents' needs are met

• Medication management

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a caregiver and Medtech required.
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of seniors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions

• Willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of our residents

• Medication management required

**Must be able to pass a full background check

**Must have current certificate
