Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our organization's financial operations. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving financial strategy to support sustainable growth. This executive role requires a deep understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, risk management, and strategic planning within a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and extensive experience in financial management across various sectors, including non-profit and governmental accounting.

Duties

  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals, including budgeting, forecasting, and fiscal management.
  • Oversee corporate accounting functions, ensuring adherence to GAAP, IFRS, IAS, ASC 606, COSO frameworks, and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Manage revenue cycle processes such as revenue management and revenue cycle management to optimize income streams.
  • Lead risk analysis initiatives and risk management strategies to mitigate financial exposure.
  • Supervise treasury management activities including cash flow analysis, expense management, and cost control measures.
  • Oversee financial reporting processes; interpret complex financial reports and communicate findings effectively to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Manage compliance with SOX controls, regulatory standards, and ensure proper implementation of financial concepts across the organization.
  • Drive business development efforts through market analysis, strategic planning, negotiations, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Lead mergers & acquisitions activities by conducting due diligence, valuation analysis, and integration planning.
  • Oversee internal controls such as COSO framework implementation and ensure adherence to IFRS and GAAP standards.
  • Supervise financial software systems; oversee payroll management, cost accounting, technical accounting, tax accounting, and supply chain finance functions.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on organizational strategy; provide insights on profit & loss statements, cost management initiatives, and financial modeling for decision-making.

Experience

  • Proven senior leadership experience in a CFO or equivalent executive role within a complex organization.
  • Extensive background in corporate finance including budgeting, forecasting, risk analysis, and strategic planning.
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial accounting standards such as GAAP, IFRS, IAS; familiarity with ASC 606 is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance including SOX requirements and governmental accounting standards.
  • Experience managing mergers & acquisitions processes from due diligence to integration.
  • Proficiency in financial software systems and advanced analysis skills for business analysis and financial modeling.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities with a track record of supervising teams across finance functions such as payroll management and cost control.
  • Ability to interpret complex financial reports accurately and communicate insights clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Relevant educational background in finance or accounting; professional certifications such as CPA or CFA are highly desirable. Pay: $82, $99,856.18 per year
