About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Quality Engineering Intern to join our Quality Lab team. This role offers a unique opportunity for aspiring professionals in chemistry or chemical engineering to gain practical experience in a manufacturing setting. As a key member of the quality assurance team, you will be involved in chemical analysis, process evaluation, and the development of quality control procedures. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing product quality, optimizing manufacturing processes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The internship is designed to provide hands-on experience, professional development, and the chance to make a tangible impact within a dynamic organization.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be currently pursuing a degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. A solid understanding of chemical principles and laboratory techniques is essential. Candidates should possess an analytical mindset with keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment. Responsibilities
As a Quality Engineering Intern, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the development, refinement, and documentation of quality control procedures and protocols.
  • Collaborating with the Quality Engineering team to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Conducting experiments and trials to evaluate new materials, formulations, or process modifications.
  • Maintaining laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration, and accurate recording of experimental data and results.
  • Bringing innovative ideas and a chemistry-based perspective to ongoing quality initiatives and projects.
  • Participating in cross-functional meetings, providing insights, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts across departments.
