Responsibilities
- Lead daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth functioning across departments such as front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage.
- Supervise and motivate staff members, providing coaching and development opportunities to build a high-performing team.
- Oversee guest relations to ensure outstanding customer service, promptly addressing any issues or special requests with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Manage hotel revenue through effective revenue management strategies, pricing adjustments, and occupancy optimization.
- Maintain strict adherence to budgetary guidelines, controlling expenses while maximizing profitability.
- Implement and monitor hotel policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with brand and industry regulations.
- Oversee human resources functions including hiring, training, scheduling, performance reviews, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Conduct regular audits such as night audits and quality inspections to uphold cleanliness, safety standards, and operational excellence.
- Utilize multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to communicate effectively with guests and vendors.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, hospitality excellence, and continuous improvement.
Skills
- Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership roles with supervising responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality management practices including guest services, revenue management, budgeting, and human resources.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle guest relations diplomatically and efficiently.
- Leadership qualities that inspire teams and drive operational success in a fast-paced environment.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued for effective communication with diverse guests and staff.
- Experience with hotel front desk operations, night audit procedures, and multi-line phone systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in areas such as resort management or hotel experience.

Pay: $50, $60,000.00 per year
