Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Experience Coordinator, your focus is to create an exceptional customer experience by providing product and service solutions to prospective and existing customers over the phone and online.

Responsibilities:

• First call resolution
• Analyze customers' needs to recommend products and services
• Provide customers with knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability
• Present solutions and then position the conversation forward in the sales process
• Follow up with customers to ensure successful problem resolutions
• Energetic and positive mindset with the customer's solution always in mind

Skills:

• Self-driven and motivated to meet and exceed sales goals
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
• Strong customer service externally and internally
• High level attention to detail
• Computer proficiency (Outlook, Salesforce software, Microsoft Office)
• Strong negotiation and team player mindset
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualifications:

• First call resolution mindset
• Minimum of 1 year in customer service or sales
• Strong problem-solving skills
