Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients via phone, chat, or email, delivering compelling presentations that highlight the value of our products or services
• Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
• Follow up with leads promptly to nurture interest and guide them through the sales process toward closing
• Overcome objections confidently by providing clear, transparent information and demonstrating product benefits
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, sales activities, and customer feedback in our CRM system
• Collaborate with team members to develop strategies that improve conversion rates and enhance customer satisfaction
• Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to team goals through proactive outreach and persistent follow-up

Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Russian, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
• Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably within a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively handle objections
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, stay motivated, and meet or exceed sales goals
• Familiarity with CRM software or other sales tracking tools is a plus
