To perform various tasks including product packaging and assembling fabricated parts to meet production goals
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIESMaintain standard 5S expectations
Assemble fabricated parts to meet product specifications and production goals
Prepare and package products for accurate and timely shipping
Comply with all Quality requirements
Follow all guidelines set forth in work instructions
Identify and bring to the attention of the Production Supervisor any documentation errors
Adhere to the calibration schedule for all tools used by the team
Work effectively with all departments to exceed internal and external expectations
Focus on continuous Lean Manufacturing improvement and consistently demonstrate good business judgment
Assist with organization and cleaning of work area, keeping aisles and walkways clear at all times
Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management
Work effectively with all Stealth departments to exceed internal and external expectations
Stealth retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary
- Must be a team player, detail-oriented, and honest
Must have the ability to:
Multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment
Lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
Be cross-trained for multiple jobs with assigned work area(s)
Work under general supervision and direction from lead person, supervisor and manager
Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Use a hydraulic lift, small hand tools, small table lifting device and electronic testing equipment
Must have:
Good verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to learn and/or adapt to new work methods
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- This is an entry level position
Previous experience using hand tools to assemble or repair product
At least 1 year of experience in a production/manufacturing role
Current or previous successful employment experience with Stealth Products (directly, independently or through a third party)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the future
