Patient Coordinator

Tampa Wound Care Services is a rapidly growing specialty practice dedicated to delivering exceptional, patient-centered wound care. We are expanding our team and seeking a motivated, clinically minded professional who can help streamline patient engagement, support care coordination, and assist with client onboarding — all from a remote setting.

We are looking for a dependable, self-driven individual with clinical experience in wound care, ideally an LPN or RN, to support our growing patient base. This role includes patient communication, scheduling, intake support, and assisting with patient education or triage-style questions within your scope of practice.

This is a remote role with flexible hours. You may work part-time or full-time, depending on your availability.

Compensation: $500/week + Bonus incentives based on booked client sales

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary remote point of contact for new and existing patients
• Assist with patient intake, documentation, and coordination
• Support wound care-related clinical communications (within scope)
• Communicate with providers, patients, and referring offices
• Help manage scheduling and ensure a streamlined patient onboarding process
• Contribute to practice growth through patient engagement and booking success

Qualifications:

• LPN or RN strongly preferred, though candidates with solid wound-care experience will be considered
• Prior experience working in wound care, home health, or related nursing fields
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote role
• Friendly, reliable, and patient-focused
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
