Job Summary

As a high-impact Accountin Manager reporting to the VP, Controllership, you will manage the G/L team and oversee end-to-end close processes to produce comprehensive monthly and quarterly financial statements. You will serve as a strategic partner to Finance, Treasury, and Operations, implementing the structure and internal controls necessary to support the company's rapid expansion. This role owns the G/L and reconciliation functions while driving technical projects—such as new GAAP pronouncement adoption and growth initiatives—to ensure rigorous compliance in an evolving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Month-End Close: Develop, maintain, and enforce a detailed Month-End Close Schedule, assigning specific tasks and deadlines to team members (AP, AR, Payroll, and Tax), while leading the close meetings.
  • General Ledger & Reconciliation: Prepare monthly close journal entries, GL
