We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our dynamic manufacturing team. Duties
- Perform thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems.
- Utilize advanced measurement tools including coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to verify dimensional accuracy and conformity to specifications.
- Conduct detailed quality audits in accordance with ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and other relevant standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as FDA regulations.
- Collect and analyze data related to product quality, documenting findings accurately for review and reporting purposes.
- Implement quality control procedures aligned with HACCP, CGMP, and other industry-specific protocols to maintain product safety and consistency.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to identify root causes of quality issues and recommend corrective actions for process improvements.
- Participate in ongoing training on quality management systems (QMS) and support the development of new quality assurance initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in manufacturing quality control or inspection roles, preferably within regulated industries such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
- Strong knowledge of quality systems including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, HACCP, CGMP, and FDA regulations.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, vision inspection systems, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM).
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately and identify trends or deviations.
- Familiarity with quality assurance processes including audits, documentation practices, and corrective action implementation.
- Experience conducting quality inspections and maintaining detailed inspection records.
- Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
