Assistant Wellness Nurse Manager

Join our team as the Assistant Wellness Nurse Manager ( LPN ) serving senior adults in our brand-new assisted living and memory care community. Our not-for-profit organization is focused on delivering exceptional care and services to our residents on a daily basis.

Assistant Wellness Nurse Manager ( LPN ) Pay & Benefits:

• $28/hr
• Full Time (40 hours weekly)

Assistant Wellness Nurse Manager ( LPN ) Responsibilities

Includes but is not limited to the following:

• Assists in providing leadership and oversight to nursing staff, nurse aide manager(s) and nurse aides.
• Administers direct care, medication/treatment as necessary
• Ensures adequate staffing coverage is provided to address resident needs
• Facilitates and receives/reviews shift reports
• Assists in initial and ongoing resident functional assessments to review appropriate assignment of level of care
• Communicate with physicians and families on changes in resident condition
• Assists in developing comprehensive service plan for each resident
• Revise and organizes maintenance of resident medical records
• Facilitates skilled services log in accordance with state regulations
• Monitors task completion of nurses and wellness assistants
• Participates in committee meetings as needed
• Assumes responsibilities as delegated by the Wellness Nurse Manager

Assistant Wellness Nurse Manager ( LPN ) Qualifications:

• LPN or currently licensed in the state
• Nursing experience required in a long term care setting preferred (1 year minimum)
• At least 1 year of prior management experience preferred
• Experience with e- MAR system preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
