We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Logistics Coordinator to manage outbound shipping operations and support efficient logistics processes within our warehouse.

Position Summary

The Shipping & Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating daily shipping activities, preparing accurate shipping documentation, creating carrier labels, and ensuring timely delivery of products. This role requires hands-on experience with major carriers and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and process shipping labels using UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight carriers
  Prepare shipping documents, including packing slips and bills of lading, labels
  Schedule carrier pickups and track outbound shipments
  Verify shipment weights, dimensions, and addresses for accuracy
  Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to meet shipping deadlines
  Resolve shipping issues, delivery discrepancies, and carrier claims
  Maintain organized shipping records and documentation

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of shipping or logistics experience

Hands-on experience with UPS and FedEx shipping platforms
Knowledge of domestic and international shipping processes preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple shipments in a fast-paced environment
ERP or shipping software experience preferred
