Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with customers in-store and share exciting promotions
• Support new customer acquisition initiatives that supports sales growth and brand awareness
• Communicate promotional offers clearly and professionally to customers within a retail setting
• Represent our clients with integrity while meeting sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service and support
• Track personal and team sales metrics

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• No prior experience required
• People person with a positive attitude
• Eagerness to grow and learn
• Ability to reliably commute to the Richmond, VA office and assigned retail locations
• Time management and communication skills
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
