We are seeking an enthusiastic, patient-centered Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our practice. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely loves connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. Our front desk team plays a vital role in shaping each patient's experience from the first phone call to their arrival in our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm
  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
  • Schedule patients accurately and efficiently
  • Educate existing and prospective patients on treatments and services in accordance with practice protocols
  • Assist with medical records and administrative tasks
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold HIPAA compliance
  • Support leadership with additional duties as needed

Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, front desk operations, or medical data entry preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high call volumes and accurate data entry
  • Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and work well as part of a team
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with a positive and patient-focused attitude

Education

High School Diploma or GED required
