Role Description

This full-time, on-site role based in New York, NY, involves serving as a Lead Advisor to provide strategic guidance and operational support for clients. Responsibilities include conducting analyses to identify key opportunities, advising on management consulting projects, implementing workflow improvements, supporting financial planning, and creating strategic communication materials. Collaboration with teams, managing client engagements, and presenting actionable recommendations will be central to the role.

Structure

• Project-based, $120 hourly with approved caps
• Independent delivery using firm tools, templates, and frameworks

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and act on complex data
• Excellent Interpersonal skills
• Expertise in Consulting and Management Consulting to provide actionable advice and implement business solutions
• Strong Communication skills, including preparation of executive-level presentations and clear stakeholder engagement
• Experience in Finance, including budgeting, financial strategy, and analysis is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to fast-paced environments
