MRM Developer with Fabric and M365 (MN-onsite)

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as an MRM Developer with expertise in Fabric and M365, located in Savage, MN. The responsibilities include developing and deploying enterprise content management and records retention solutions using Fabric and Microsoft 365 platforms. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, create technical designs, and implement solutions. Additionally, this role involves troubleshooting, optimizing performance, and ensuring compliance with industry and organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint, Power Platform, and Microsoft Purview
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, data analytics, and integrating Microsoft services
• Strong background in enterprise content management, records retention, and information governance
• Skills in software development, scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell), and workflow creation
• Problem-solving, troubleshooting abilities, and performance optimization expertise
• Strong collaboration, project management, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Previous experience in similar roles, ideally within IT consulting or software development industries
