Position Summary:

The General/Store Manager is responsible for achieving sales, labor, and food cost targets for store profitability. They exercise discretion in overall store operations, including supervising and directing staff, making staffing decisions, and ensuring guest satisfaction, product quality, and safety. The role is crucial in delivering an outstanding guest experience and involves day-to-day leadership to achieve various goals. The General Manager is required to exercise discretion regularly and customarily in managing the overall operations of the store. Most of the time is spent supervising and directing the workforce, making staffing decisions upon approval from DM, HR, or the President of the company such as (hiring, training, evaluating, disciplining, discharging, staffing, and scheduling).
