• Professional Appearance: Clean, presentable, and follows dress code guidelines.
• Reliability: Shows up on time and is dependable for scheduled shifts.
• Flexible Availability: Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Work Ethic: Maintains a positive attitude, stays composed under pressure, and takes initiative.
• Experience: Previous experience is preferred but not always required—training may be provided.
• Alcohol Handling: Must meet legal age requirements for serving or bartending, if applicable.
