About the Role

We're hiring a Community Manager to lead one of our multifamily properties. You'll oversee daily operations, team performance, financial success, and resident satisfaction — ensuring your community runs smoothly and stands out in the market.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop your on-site team to deliver exceptional service.
• Drive leasing performance, occupancy, and renewal goals.
• Manage budgets, rent collections, delinquencies, and vendor partnerships.
• Oversee property maintenance, safety, and curb appeal standards.
• Build strong resident relationships and host engagement events.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing, and safety regulations.

What We're Looking For

• 3–4 years of multifamily property management experience.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong understanding of leasing, operations, and resident relations.
• Proficiency with RealPage or similar property management software.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• CAM or CPM certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (weekends as needed).
