Your Role: As our new Receptionist, you'll be the friendly face and voice of our dental office, handling a variety of essential tasks, including:

  • Answering phones & text messages with a warm and professional touch
  • Checking and responding to voicemails and emails
  • Scanning and uploading documents into patient charts
  • Helping to verify insurance information with accuracy and efficiency
  • Auditing patient charts to ensure all records are up-to-date
  • Scheduling appointments and managing our busy calendar
