Your Role: As our new Receptionist, you'll be the friendly face and voice of our dental office, handling a variety of essential tasks, including:
- Answering phones & text messages with a warm and professional touch
- Checking and responding to voicemails and emails
- Scanning and uploading documents into patient charts
- Helping to verify insurance information with accuracy and efficiency
- Auditing patient charts to ensure all records are up-to-date
- Scheduling appointments and managing our busy calendar
