As an HR Recruiter I, you'll play a pivotal role in finding the best candidates to support our rapid growth. You'll represent our brand with professionalism while creating a positive hiring experience for every applicant for the RGV.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for multiple restaurant brands and positions
  • Post jobs, actively source candidates, and screen for a strong talent match
  • Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers throughout the process
  • Maintain candidate data and organization within the ATS
  • Build talent pipelines for current and future staffing needs
  • Represent Kumori and strengthen our employer brand across platforms and events
  • Monitor hiring trends and staffing needs to stay proactive
  • Support onboarding workflow and seamless new hire transitions
  • Assist daily HR operations and respond to general inquiries
  • Participate in retention initiatives and engagement activities
  • Perform additional administrative and HR duties as assigned

What You Bring

  • 3–6 months recruitment experience preferred; customer service/call center experience strongly encouraged
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organized, detail-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with ATS systems and digital sourcing platforms
  • Strong ownership of deadlines, attendance, and follow-up execution
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
  • Associate degree preferred but not required

Physical / Functional Requirements

  • Extended sitting, typing, phone communication, and administrative tasks
  • Ability to lift up to 15–20 lbs. as needed for recruiting materials
  • Flexibility to attend external hiring events and meetings occasionally
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize with urgency and professionalism
  • Bilingual
