Customer Service Representative – Full-time, immediate hire (local applicants only)

What You'll Do

• Assist with scheduling, orders, and general customer support

• Handle **front desk** responsibilities including email communication and basic paperwork

• Perform **administrative and office tasks** (data entry, filing, recordkeeping)

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent **customer service**

• Keep the front office organized, tidy, and efficient

• Provide reliable, friendly **client support** in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in **customer service**, **front desk**, **office**, or **administrative** work

• Excellent communication and people skills

• Comfortable using a computer and learning new systems

• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented

• Must already live locally — **no relocation or housing assistance provided**

Pay & Schedule

• **$20–$24 per hour**, depending on experience

• Monday–Friday, standard business hours

• Full-time, weekly pay
