Schedule: Mon–Fri 7:00am–3:00pm (no weekends except occasional marketing events)

The Role
We're hiring an Office Manager to ensure the clinic runs flawlessly every day so the doctors can focus on delivering precise Gonstead chiropractic care. This role protects the brand, the systems, the numbers, and the patient experience.You will lead front desk operations, patient coordination, scheduling, and team members.

Core Responsibilities

• Own front desk systems/workflows and enforce SOPs daily
• Protect the schedule and eliminate bottlenecks permanently
• Lead and coach staff (front desk + team) with calm authority
• Command patient flow and handle concerns professionally
• Track KPIs, collections accuracy, and end-of-day reporting
• Support referrals/reactivation and growth initiatives

Compensation & Benefits

• $17–$22/hr DOE
