Role Summary:

Responsible for designing, leading, and governing scalable Appian applications. Provides technical leadership across architecture, development, integrations, and deployments while ensuring Appian best practices, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities

· Design end-to-end Appian application architecture

· Lead Appian development standards, reviews, and best practices

· Architect integrations, data models, and security

· Guide upgrades, deployments, and production support

· Mentor developers and collaborate with business stakeholders

Technical Skills

· 8+ years of overall application development experience.

· 4+ years of hands-on Appian development and architecture experience.

· Strong expertise in:

o Appian SAIL, Process Models, Records, Security

o Appian integrations and web services

o SQL and relational database concepts

· Experience with performance tuning, troubleshooting, and production support.

Architecture & Delivery

· Proven experience designing enterprise-scale Appian applications.

· Strong understanding of low-code governance, reusability, and scalability.

· Experience with Agile / Scrum delivery models.

Preferred Qualifications

· Appian Certified Lead Developer or Appian Certified Architect.
