As the Entry Level Wireless Representative, you actively listen to our customers' needs to forge relationships with them and understand the enrollment in service that they are seeking. Entry Level Wireless Representative Responsibilities:

• Support customers by delivering products and services that are tailored to their needs
• Enroll customers in services that fit their wireless needs and/or deliver tailored recommendations
• Maintain a continued understanding of our products, services, and promotions to provide informed information to customers
• Collaborate with the sales team and other team members to generate sales strategies and enhance customer support efforts acting as a trusted advisor
• Build and maintain genuine relationships with current and potential customers, showing care and empathy during their enrollment process
• Identify any questions or concerns customers may have, offering personalized solutions to address their needs
• Participate in regular team meetings to advance training and knowledge in this position

Entry Level Wireless Representative Qualifications:

• Experience in an enrollment position, customer support, sales, customer service, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset looking to provide support to customers
• Proactive team player with problem solving abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3, $5,200.00 per month
