About the Role

Our pediatric dental practice is seeking an energetic, creative, and relationship-driven Practice Relations & Marketing Coordinator to lead marketing initiatives, strengthen community connections, and support practice growth. This role combines community outreach, branding, social media management, and practice relationship building.

Key Responsibilities Marketing & Branding

• Plan and create marketing content for social media, website, newsletters, and in-office materials.
• Develop and maintain a consistent, child-friendly brand voice and aesthetic.
• Track engagement, growth metrics, and marketing ROI.

Community Outreach

• Coordinate school visits, health fairs, sponsorships, giveaways, and community events.
• Build strong partnerships with local schools, pediatricians, orthodontists, and community organizations.
• Represent the practice at events with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Manage referral communication, tracking, and follow up.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to implement brand-consistent outreach strategies

Practice Relations

• Manage referral relationships and ensure referring providers receive timely updates and follow-up.
• Track referral sources and report trends and opportunities.
• Maintain positive communication with patients and families through reminders, follow-ups, and patient satisfaction efforts.

• Willing to travel regularly between our Fort Collins and Greeley offices.
• Passionate about helping families and promoting positive dental experiences for children.
• Experienced in community outreach, marketing, customer relations, or similar roles.
• Comfortable presenting, networking, and being the "face" of our practice.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, customer service, or community outreach (dental/medical experience a plus but not required).
• Strong communication and people skills—comfortable talking with parents, kids, and community partners.
• Creative mindset with ability to develop appealing content.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Social media experience (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok recommended).
• Outgoing, positive, and mission-driven personality.
