At Merion Health Partners, the local-owner and operator of multiple AFC Urgent Care offices in Philadelphia and Montgomery counties, we are recruiting for a highly-motivated Multi-location (set schedule) Radiologic Technologist to join our team. For the Multi-location (set schedule) Radiologic Technologist position, the job requirements include:

· Operating X-ray equipment to make radiographs of designated portions of the body

· Positioning patients utilizing immobilization devices

· Monitoring, recording and communicating as appropriate, utilizing easy-to-navigate computerized documentation systems

· Utilizing knowledge of any age-specific needs of a patient in relation to the performance of duties and responsibilities

· Practicing radiation protection techniques to minimize radiation to patient and staff

· Following standard precautions using personal protective equipment (PPE) as required

· Splinting and strapping patients as needed

· Explaining procedures to patients and addressing their concerns

· Assisting with patient registration, insurance verification, and normal daily office operations

· Assisting with patient triage and direct patient care.

· Work to create a caring and helpful experience for all patients

· This role will provide coverage in multiple locations through-out the week (Wyncote, Roxborough and Conshohocken .

· Must have reliable transportation to move between locations as needed.
