We are seeking a Group Sales Coordinator who's organized, people-focused, and ready to grow their career in hospitality sales. This is an amazing entry-level opportunity for someone who loves connecting with people, planning events, and being part of a high-energy team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team in booking and coordinating group events (family reunions, school trips, church groups, corporate events, and more).
  • Handle incoming group inquiries (phone, email, online) with quick responses and positive energy.
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments (Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Water Park) to ensure seamless execution of group bookings and events.
  • Keep group files, room blocks, and event details organized so everything runs smoothly.
  • Ensure all group accounts are billed accurately and in a timely manner, including room blocks, event services, food & beverage, and ancillary charges.
  • Help brainstorm fresh ideas for marketing to groups and enhancing guest experiences.
  • Track group bookings and provide regular updates to the sales team.
  • Schedule and organize client site tours, meetings, and property visits.
  • Prepare and present weekly function agenda meetings for department leaders.
  • Review, refine, and finalize Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), event details and billing to ensure accuracy, clarity, and flawless execution.
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales support, administration, or a customer service role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tracking tools.

  • Understanding of sales processes and pipeline management.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Good team collaboration and coordination skills.
