Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist based in Sterling, VA. The Physical Therapist will assess and treat patients with orthopedic conditions or injuries, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide rehabilitation and education to promote optimal recovery and function. The role involves documenting patient progress, collaborating with colleagues to provide compassionate care, and contributing to the overall success of the team.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, therapeutic exercise, and treatment planning
• Proficiency in manual therapy, modalities, and rehabilitation techniques
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient care skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused, patient-centered environment
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Active and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia
• Commitment to professional development and continuous learning
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
• Prior experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is preferred but not required
