Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift. This position requires a blend of hospitality management skills, customer service expertise, and attention to detail. The Night Auditor will be responsible for managing front desk operations, performing night audits, and providing exceptional guest services to ensure a positive experience for all guests. Friday and Saturday nights.

Duties

• Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while providing excellent customer service.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the night shift.
• Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations.
• Operate multi-line phone systems to assist guests with their needs.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to guests.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.

Experience

• Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality is preferred.
• Familiarity with night audit procedures and accounting practices is a plus.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly valued for effective communication with diverse guests.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
• Proficient in phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems.
